DECLARATION OF SECURITY WITH A SHIP

International and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code implemented at Mongla Port Facility with effect from 24 June 2004 and Compliance Certificate has been obtained from the Designated Authority accordingly. It may be mentioned that presently Security Level-1 is in force at Mongla Port. In view of above, it is, therefore, requested to forwarding following information at least 24 hrs before entering of any ship intending to call at Mongla Port.

1. Validity and Issuing Authority of ISSC
2. Present Security Level
3. Security level maintained in last 10 (ten) interfacing ports.
4. Special Security measures (if any) taken during Ship/Port interface in last 10 (ten) Ports.
5. If Security procedures maintained during Ship to Ship interface in last 10 (ten) ports.
6. Security related information (if any)
7. Name of last 10 (ten) ports visited by the Ship.
